COMMUNICATION AND EFFECTIVE DELEGATION

Based on key personal and interpersonal communication techniques, this course enables us to develop people through good communication and specific delegation techniques.

It is highly specific to each participant’s needs and utilises real work and life issues.

Seton Graham have been pioneers in the coaching field and have evolved the Seton Graham Coaching model from 25 years experience with hundreds of people – both in the business and private sectors.

We therefore include in this course the basic skills of the Seton Graham Coaching technique. Live issues are used in practice sessions thus achieving real results. Participants leave the course with an identified plan to continue improving their coaching and delegation skills back in the work place. All of the above skills make time and space for course attendees to better manage their workload.
