COURSE 1: THE HERO'S JOURNEY

This course is equally powerful in addressing both personal and corporate change. It involves a unique approach to Vision and Strategy.

During this 2/3 day workshop you will access your latent personal power using Hero mythology as a framework for discovering and using mental, emotional and physical strategies for personal and career growth. At a personal level, this workshop is excellent for individuals who are in transition, or who are planning career progression or change.

The Hero’s Journey is also used as a corporate model for plotting the present situation, the future vision and the actions and strategies needed to reach that future. Teams are catalysed and encouraged through the use of this model to work with vision and strategy. This model creates interesting and focussed ways for exploring “real-time” corporate issues. The model also confronts the difference between “word visions” and real strategies and visions.

You will explore the Reality Gap between theoretical vision and a defined Vision, which has time-bound, realistic and achievable goals, based within a coherent Strategy.

COURSE 2: ADVANCED LEADERSHIP COURSE-KING WARRIOR MAGICIAN AND LOVER

This course is ideally suited to individuals, who have already worked on personal and organisational development. It delivers most benefits at senior and director levels. This is a powerful management course, using Jungian archetypes as models to enable in-depth analysis and understanding of one’s potential. It leads to the creation of a coherent personal development strategy. This course maximises personal strengths and conquers personal limitations. Participants are focussed on developing their own unique potential leading to the energising of the whole person.

The work done on King Warrior Magician Lover evokes and develops inherent attributes that are already present in the individual. The work is profound, challenging, fun and yet serious in its impact on leadership development.

COURSE 3: LEADERSHIP VISION AND STRATEGY

Under this heading we create bespoke courses and coaching, which are always based around a client’s particular needs. When approached by a client we design a course model based on the size of the management team, its current situation, and the desired corporate result.

This is a major aspect of our work, and the best possible scenario, for both you and us, is to work with an organisation from the “top down”. Influencing and coaching the influencers makes for quicker results all round.

Often we engage with an organisation through Coaching or Mentoring a senior executive, sometimes with development needs and sometimes at a time of change or transition. After some initial sessions, we are often invited to play a broader role in the development and implementation of Vision and Strategy with a associated team. These workshops are a powerful way of making a Vision and Strategy more than just words and wishes.

COURSE 4: POWER LEADERSHIP AND CREATION COURSE

This workshop is an intensive that needs to be spread over 5 days. It offers a synthesis of human and management skills needed to handle complex change.

Continuous success in a climate of change requires a high level of interpersonal and management skills. The wholeness of these skills builds inner and outer security for us personally and our business. We need to be individual entrepreneurs within our organisations. The power of a corporate shift is in the sum total of the individual transformations. How is this achieved?

We believe it starts with great communication skills; in particular, awareness, clarity, focus and attention. These skills increase our power, our leadership and our ability to create.

Power is the corporate force. It is the sum total of our individual, and perhaps somewhat untapped potential. Harnessed it becomes a major force. Developed positively it is a power for good.

Leadership is the way a company’s potential is manifested. It starts with the recognition that we each have a continual and direct responsibility for our businesses success. Creation is the power to deliberately transform thoughts, concepts and ideas into material reality successfully. Its rules and principles are sometimes discovered, but very rarely deliberately taught. Creativity is one of the most valuable assets a business can possess.

This course is about expanding the ideas we hold of who we are... In order to do so we need to deal with, and remove, the self-limiting factors in our belief system. Many past participants believe that this course can be life-changing, and the most powerful piece of development work that they have ever encountered.
