COURSE 1: WORK/LIFE BALANCE

This workshop addresses the current trend of managers to feel overloaded and overburdened. There is a great increase statistically in the number of man-days that are written off every year to illness. This is often caused by long hours, poor nutrition, tiring environments and an inability to prioritise work. Often the pace and the environment make it hard to sort out the wheat from the chaff. This workshop is holistic in its approach, and harnesses a range of techniques to assist you in learning to revitalise you body/mind functions. It incorporates techniques in communication skills, managing the office environment, stress management, relaxation, nutrition and energy building. It is also fun and invigorating to the spirit!

COURSE 2: MANAGING STRESS AND RELEASING CREATIVITY.

This workshop is designed specifically for when you may be undergoing unusual stresses. Such as:

Wendy has been working with stress management for many years and uses the classic stress management techniques of relaxation, breathing techniques, gentle exercises and healthy eating strategies plus other ways of working. She uses visualiation techniques and energy balancing to make this course a holistic balance.

You work with your habitual patterns of daily behaviour – both mind and body and evolve simple, painless techniques for managing stress better.

We use some of the time for creative thinking on how to awaken more creativity – we use paints, music, movement and the outdoors to reawaken the creative juices.
