PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS
MANAGING BELIEFS FOR SUCCESS
A two -day course to clarify and change limiting personal beliefs which prevent you from achieving your personal best. We enable you to break out of habitual beliefs that may be hindering change. These engrained patterns of thought are addressed through a series of interpersonal exercises, which help you to focus on habitual mind patterns, and clear them. We use the second half of this workshop to put in place strategies and goals, which are allied to new and more positive beliefs. This course is excellent for building confidence, assertiveness and trust in oneself and one’s performance. You will leave this workshop with very specific action plans ready to make dynamic changes in both your personal and business lives.
