TEAM DEVELOPMENT

COURSE 1: TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCED COACHING

Intensive workshops for senior teams during which live business situations are analysed, coached, and problem solved. We utilise good communication and coaching skills on this course, and participants practise one-on-one coaching techniques, and also methodology for coaching a group situation.

The teams engaging in these workshops develop their own progressive and ongoing levels of achievement through our support and follow-up. The results achieved will be maintained by mentoring and reviewing within the teams. Each workshop module can link to and build on any previous work done by the Team.

COURSE 2: CONFLICT RESOLUTION

This workshop has been created from the premise that although individuals/teams in corporate structures, institutions and countries experience conflict, nevertheless there are commonalities that can be explored and understood. Building on such positive similarities can lead to shared solutions and better understanding.

This workshop includes the use of strategic dialogue which is based on the sharing of ideas rather than the debating of them. It also places great value on the exchange of cross-cultural experiences as a means to breakdown artificial barriers that inhibit communication. All of which builds a basis of trust to work on.

The length of this workshop is assessed on the needs of each client.
